In 2022 the feed LawnWorks is using from late August to mid-October is sprayed and contains carbohydrates, amino acids, seaweed extract and fulvic acid to help the grass plant recover after such a difficult summer. The dry weather will have impacted soil microbe populations and the sugars in the feed will help them to reestablish.
An optional granular wetting agent will help the lawn to absorb and take best advantage of any moisture it gets.
We will be trying to keep weed killer use to a minimum to avoid further stress to the grass.
